The Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a leader with extensive knowledge and experience in leading compensation strategy and design in alignment with business objectives. Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, the Director, Global Compensation is a critical member of the Total Rewards Leadership team and is accountable for overseeing, designing, and developing how we manage and deliver compensation and recognition programs across the organization, including the responsible use of advanced analytics and AI-enabled decision-support tools to inform, but not replace, human judgment in compensation decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Owns, designs and drives all global compensation planning cycles end-to-end, from timeline development, benchmarking, technology enablement, stakeholder and change management, communications strategy, to eventual delivery.
  • Partner with Talent Management, HRBPs, and business leaders to integrate performance management and promotion processes with compensation to foster a high-performance culture where talent can thrive.
  • Lead benchmarking, compensation structure, and job structure/leveling activities, ensuring we have the data and processes in place to stay competitive with the market in all our global locations.
  • Own the preparation of executive compensation materials for the Board and Compensation Committee, partnering with Legal and Finance to ensure accuracy, transparency, and readiness for decision‑making, proxy disclosure, and regulatory scrutiny.
  • Provide end‑to‑end support for executive compensation proxy disclosures, partnering with Legal, Finance, and Investor Relations to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with compensation program design, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the management of sales compensation governance and design.

AI-Enabled Analytics & Decision Support

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve compensation forecasting, scenario modeling, and proactive pay equity monitoring.
  • Drives compensation decisions powered by advanced analytics, market intelligence, and AI‑enabled insight.
  • Lead the responsible integration of AI‑enabled analytics and decision‑support tools into global compensation programs, including market pricing, pay equity analysis, and compensation planning insights.
  • Partner with Legal, HR Technology, People Analytics, and Finance to evaluate, implement, and oversee AI‑driven compensation tools, ensuring appropriate data quality, bias mitigation, and risk management.
  • Translate AI‑generated insights into clear, defensible recommendations for executives, managers, and regulatory reporting, maintaining accountability for final pay decisions.

Innovation and Improvement

  • Review current compensation processes and procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and responsible AI enablement to drive efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Identify automation and AI‑driven enhancements to systems (including Workday) to improve data integrity, scalability, and decision support.
  • Develop and conduct training and education on compensation programs for the broader Total Rewards and HR teams.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g. CCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources with at least 10+ plus years of progressive experience working with executive leadership on strategies and investments that will meet function and business objectives
  • Ideally will have experience in a hyper-growth global technology or MedTech company

The Compensation Analyst is an independent contributor with knowledge and experience in firm-wide and corporate compensation activities such as leading firm-wide compensation analysis, reporting and metrics. We are looking for someone who has strong technical skills (Excel, Access) financially numerate and analytical. This role primarily supports firm-wide initiatives under the direction of the VP of Compensation.

Key responsibilities include:  

Year End Compensation

  • Responsible for year-end reporting that is used by the compensation team for presentations to Senior Executive Committee
  • Assist Comp Programs Manager in the preparation of Senior Executive Committee materials
  • Responsible for accuracy of source data for year-end compensation system
  • Assist in year-end process analytics and reporting
  • Maintain web pages for year-end compensation system and HR Portal compensation pages
     

BBH Promotion Program

  • Candidate will help manage the BBH promotion program and will be the primary contact with HR Business Partners.  Candidate will also:
    • Create compensation increase recommendations using pre-determined guidelines

    • Lead process enhancement reviews

Compensation Analytics

  • Identifies the need for and creates reports to support compensation initiatives and Senior Executive meetings

Position Overview: The Producer Compensation Analyst is responsible for the accurate processing, validation, and support of producer and broker compensation for an assigned region. This role combines monthly workflow execution with inquiry resolution, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Monthly Compensation Workflow Execution
•    Execute monthly compensation workflow procedures for producer and broker compensation accurately and on schedule.
•    Prepare and distribute compensation statements using standardized templates and analytical tools.
•    Validate payment amounts and adjustments for accuracy before submission to payroll and accounts payable.
•    Book accounting entries with proper debit and credit treatment across relevant systems.
•    Partner with payroll and accounts payable to support producer and broker setup and documentation requirements.

Reporting and Data Analysis
•    Prepare complex compensation calculations and analytical reports by independently researching and interpreting data across multiple systems, translating findings into a clear narrative for management.
•    Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis related to a producer’s book of business as requested.
•    Investigate anomalies, explain variances, and present findings clearly.

Data Integrity and System Validation 
•    Understand how policy invoices are created, coded, and processed in the agency management system to identify billing and coding issues that impact compensation.
•    Read and interpret producer employment agreements to determine correct compensation treatment and perform calculations accordingly.
•    Reconcile and resolve discrepancies between contract terms, system records, and compensation outputs by tracing issues to root cause.
•    Coordinate updates to producer coding, rates, splits, and profile setup in the AMS in collaboration with account managers and operations teams.
•    Document key decisions, adjustments, and outcomes with clear, audit‐ready support.
 Producer Support & Issue Resolution
•    Serve as a primary point of contact for producers regarding compensation statements, payments, coding, and related questions. 
•    Research and resolve inquiries by navigating multiple systems and datasets; communicate outcomes clearly and professionally to producers, finance teams, and business leaders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Required
•    2–4 years of experience in accounting, compensation, financial operations, or a similar role
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
•    Hands-on experience with agency management or invoicing systems.
•    Advanced Excel proficiency including lookup functions, conditional aggregation, nested formulas and exposure to Power Query.
•    Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals sufficient to prepare and book journal entries accurately.

COMPENSATION:

  • Develop and maintain governance practices, policies, and processes to support executive compensation programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Work closely with the Office of the Corporate Secretary to support accurate and timely executive compensation disclosures in the proxy statement and other required filings.

  • Partner with Finance on incentive design considerations, accounting treatment, and tax implications related to executive compensation programs.

  • Build relationships with executives to ensure understanding of their compensation arrangements and outcomes.

  • Develop executive and employee communications related to executive compensation programs, including annual equity awards.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Directly manage a small team supporting executive compensation activities.

  • Provide functional guidance to HR colleagues involved in equity or executive compensation processes globally.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Total Rewards, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and external advisors.

  • Influence stakeholders through subject-matter expertise, analysis, and clear communication.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 10+ years of experience in executive compensation, including equity compensation and governance.

  • Experience in a publicly traded company environment preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, proxy disclosures, shareholder advisory firm voting policies, and executive compensation best practices.

  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Experience with equity administration vendors and platforms preferred.

The estimated base salary for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
