Pay Practitioners Panel
Compensation practitioners talking shop, live on LinkedIn. The next session is Friday, December 18, then every other Friday starting in January.
About the panel
Practitioners talking shop
The Pay Practitioners Panel started in 2023 with a simple idea: the most useful compensation advice comes from people who do the work. Each session brings together practitioners from in-house compensation teams, consulting firms and compensation technology companies to dig into one topic, live.
The topics come from what comp teams are dealing with right now: building job architecture, putting AI to work, whether cost of living belongs in pay decisions, merit budgets and the biggest mistakes in comp. Panelists bring different views, and the audience brings questions.
Sessions stream live on LinkedIn every other Friday and run about an hour. Every one is recorded, so you can start with the latest session here.
