Justin Hampton developed the Compensation Tool and Squirrel during his tenure at various companies while serving on compensation teams. In fact, CompTool actually started out as an Access database because the market pricing solutions available at the time were too expensive. After several years of using the database at various Companies, Justin decided to turn the database into what is now CompTool.
