Certifications\/Education Requirements:<\/b><\/p> - Associates Degree or Bachelor of Science (Preferred)<\/li>
- Paralegal Certification or Associates a Plus<\/li> <\/ul>
Physical Requirements:<\/b><\/p> - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer<\/li>
- Prolonged period of standing and bending<\/li>
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time with or without assistance<\/li> <\/ul>
Job Requirements:<\/b><\/p> - At least 2- 3 years of prior paralegal experience preferred<\/li>
- Proven track record of collaborating with high-profile clients or in a similar high-stakes environment.<\/li>
- Strong organizational, time management, administrative skills, and attention to detail.<\/li>
- Prior healthcare experience preferred<\/li>
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills<\/li>
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team<\/li>

- Prioritizing appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts.<\/li>
- Arranging meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries.<\/li>
- Communication Management:<\/b><\/li>
- Screening and managing incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.<\/li>
- Drafting and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.<\/li>
- Acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>
- Information Management:<\/b><\/li>
- Maintaining confidential files and records.<\/li>
- Organizing and preparing information for meetings and presentations.<\/li>
- Conducting research and gathering data as needed.<\/li>
- Travel Arrangements:<\/b><\/li>
- Coordinating complex travel coordination, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.<\/li>
- Preparing detailed travel itineraries.<\/li>
- Meeting Support:<\/b><\/li>
- Preparing meeting agendas and materials.<\/li>
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes.<\/li>
- Coordinating logistics for meetings and events.<\/li>
- Administrative Support:<\/b><\/li>
- Handling expense reports.<\/li>
- Managing office supplies and performing general administrative tasks.<\/li>
- Confidentiality:<\/b><\/li>
- Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.<\/li>
- Project Management:<\/b><\/li>
- Assisting with special projects as assigned by the CEO.<\/li>
- Board Liaison:<\/b><\/li>
- At times, working as a liaison between the CEO and the board of directors.<\/li>
- Contract Drafting, Reviews, and Revisions<\/b><\/li>
- Preparing initial drafts<\/li>
- Ensuring accuracy of contracts<\/li>
- Making revisions as required<\/li>
- Assisting With Case Preparation:<\/b><\/li>
- Organizing documents<\/li>
- Preparing exhibits<\/li>
- Summarizing depositions<\/li>
- Client Communication:<\/b><\/li>
- Liaising with clients to gather information<\/li>
- Providing updates<\/li>
- Scheduling meetings<\/li>
- Preparing Legal documents:<\/b><\/li>
- Drafting pleadings, motions and other court documents under attorney supervision<\/li>
- Administrative Support:<\/b><\/li>
- Coordinating scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks to support the attorneys workflow<\/li>
