Define project governance, scope, budget, and timeline while overseeing changes and minimizing risks<\/p><\/span><\/p>

2. Product Ownership Responsibilities:<\/p><\/span><\/b><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Work closely with business sponsor and other key stakeholders to maintain road maps and establish priorities<\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead requirements gathering effort on the epics as needed, consulting with product management, implementers, clients, and other stakeholders <\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Document story details based on the epics after reviewing with development <\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Attend scrum meetings (standups, retrospectives, and demos) and set sprint goals<\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Report progress at demo days, and quarterly meetings with leadership<\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Create mockups and work with UX on design <\/p><\/span><\/p>

3. Product Management Responsibilities:<\/p><\/span><\/b><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Support non-technical teams (partner development, customer success, and marketing\/communications) <\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Write acceptance criteria <\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct 80\/20 analyses to constantly focus limited resources on the highest value priorities <\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with external partners <\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes <\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Work closely with engineering teams to deliver improvements in an iterative fashion.<\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive product launches including working with communications, executives, and other product development team members <\/span><\/p><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span>At least three years of experience in managing medium\/large-scale IT projects ($10 million+ in size). Public sector experience preferred<\/p><\/span><\/p>
2. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience implementing Salesforce solutions<\/p><\/span><\/span><\/p>
3. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands-on experience in project resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting<\/span><\/p><\/span><\/p>
4. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work with peer organizations to translate IT processes (System Development, Life Cycle, Governance, etc.) and tool strategies (e.g., project management, collaboration, knowledge warehouse, etc.) to support the day-to-day work efforts of the individual departments, driving towards greater efficiencies and higher quality deliverables<\/p><\/span><\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience working on projects in the affordable housing sector or other public benefit programs<\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Training, Certificate, or Direct Experience with Change Management<\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in IT portfolio management and governance<\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Relevant IT\/Project Management certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, CSM PMI-ACP, SAFe POPM)<\/p><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with a variety of software development methodologies such as agile, waterfall, spiral, and a strong understanding of the suitability of these methodologies for certain development environments and types of applications<\/p><\/span><\/span><\/p>
