Position Summary:<\/strong><\/p>Were looking for a sharp, results-driven Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Data Analyst with hands-on experience using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, to help power business-critical analytics initiatives. Youll play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing high-impact dashboards and data models turning complex, messy data into clear insights that drive real decisions.<\/p>

What You'll Do:<\/strong><\/p>- Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports used by real stakeholders (not shelfware).<\/li>
- Design and manage data models using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Warehouses).<\/li>
- Write efficient DAX and Power Query (M)performance matters.<\/li>
- Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, SaaS tools, flat files).<\/li>
- Partner with business teams to translate messy requirements into clear, usable analytics.<\/li>
- Monitor data refreshes, troubleshoot failures, and keep things running.<\/li>
- Improve governance, documentation, and semantic models so others dont break your work.<\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
Who You Are:<\/strong><\/p>- 2+ years hands-on experience with Power BI in a production environment.<\/li>
- Real experience with Microsoft Fabric (not just familiar with).<\/li>
- Strong DAX, data modeling, and Power Query skills.<\/li>
- Solid understanding of relational data, star schemas, and performance tuning.<\/li>
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and pushing back when requirements dont make sense.<\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
Nice to Have:<\/strong><\/p>- SQL expertise (T-SQL preferred).<\/li>
- Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, OneLake).<\/li>
- Exposure to CI\/CD for Power BI or Fabric pipelines.<\/li>
- Experience supporting executive-level dashboards.<\/li>
- Background in analytics, BI, or data engineeringnot just reporting.<\/li><\/ul>
