<\/span><\/span> <\/span> Leading Joint Application Design Sessions which are used to gather software requirements from stakeholders<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span> <\/span> Assisting on delivering POCs by contributing to current business state analysis and designing future state<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span> <\/span> Working with the Project Manager to manage project scope, schedules, and expectations and assisting with creation of project plan and well-defined process workflow using MS Visio<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span> <\/span> Developing & maintaining business and technical solution documentation defining functionalities of the application written in JAVA<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span> <\/span> writing SQL queries on Oracle SQL developer for data warehouse modelling and data mapping<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span> <\/span> Coordinating with Development and Software QA resources and assisting with Software Quality Assurance when needed<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span> <\/span> Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships<\/span><\/p>

Minimum Requirements:<\/span> <\/u> <\/strong><\/p>

Masters degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or a closely related field, plus 3 years of professional business analysis experience; or in the alternative, Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or a closely related field, plus 5 years of professional business analysis experience.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/p>

Experience, which may have been gained concurrently, must be in business analysis and requirements definition for IT systems and include:<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span> <\/span> 3 years of experience in Java.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span> <\/span> 3 years of experience in SQL and writing SQL queries in MS SQL server and Oracle.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span> <\/span> 2 years of experience writing BRDs and FRDs.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span> <\/span> 2 years of experience working with MS Project and MS Visio.<\/span><\/p>

Candidates for consideration will be expected to have knowledge, skills and ability:<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span> <\/span> Sound knowledge of Agile project methodologies and Scrum.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span> <\/span> Ability to facilitate requirements gathering meetings.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span> <\/span> Sound knowledge of relational database design structure concepts and IT systems architecture patterns (e.g., tiers of an IT system, Services Oriented Architecture patterns, etc.).<\/span><\/p>

Salary range is $146,806 to $148,500 per year. <\/span><\/p>

The position is remote and requires the ability to commute locally to perform work at client sites in the greater Boston metropolitan area up to 75%.
