Trinity Home Health in Hot Springs is currently hiring for a RN for the Little Rock area. We offer competitive pay and benefits including mileage reimbursement.<\/p>

Duties:<\/b><\/p>

• Administer care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence<\/li>
• Coordinate and supervise patient care with others who are part of our Care Team in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of our Clinical Manager<\/li>
• Complete documentation of OASIS, 485, orders, etc. in a timely manner<\/li>
• Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation<\/li><\/ul>

        We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System on a temporary full-time basis. You will provide essential nursing care within the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), specifically in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Acute Care, Oncology, and other critical care areas.         WHAT YOU'LL DO:<\/b><\/p>

        • Provide and coordinate patient care in ICU, Acute Care, Oncology, and other critical areas.<\/li>
        • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.<\/li>
        • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.<\/li>
        • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all documentation is compliant with regulatory standards.<\/li>
        • Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and respond to medical emergencies as needed.<\/li>
        • Uphold all necessary certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and ensure compliance with state nursing licensure requirements.<\/li>
        • Flexibly work in various departments based on staffing needs, including during weekends, federal holidays, and variable shifts within a 24-hour period.<\/li> <\/ul>
