Position Summary:<\/strong><\/p>

Were looking for a sharp, results-driven Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Data Analyst with hands-on experience using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, to help power business-critical analytics initiatives. Youll play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing high-impact dashboards and data models turning complex, messy data into clear insights that drive real decisions.<\/p>

What You'll Do:<\/strong><\/p>

• Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports used by real stakeholders (not shelfware).<\/li>
• Design and manage data models using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Warehouses).<\/li>
• Write efficient DAX and Power Query (M)performance matters.<\/li>
• Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, SaaS tools, flat files).<\/li>
• Partner with business teams to translate messy requirements into clear, usable analytics.<\/li>
• Monitor data refreshes, troubleshoot failures, and keep things running.<\/li>
• Improve governance, documentation, and semantic models so others dont break your work.<\/li><\/ul>

  <\/p>

  Who You Are:<\/strong><\/p>

  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Power BI in a production environment.<\/li>
  • Real experience with Microsoft Fabric (not just familiar with).<\/li>
  • Strong DAX, data modeling, and Power Query skills.<\/li>
  • Solid understanding of relational data, star schemas, and performance tuning.<\/li>
  • Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and pushing back when requirements dont make sense.<\/li><\/ul>

    Nice to Have:<\/strong><\/p>

    • SQL expertise (T-SQL preferred).<\/li>
    • Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, OneLake).<\/li>
    • Exposure to CI\/CD for Power BI or Fabric pipelines.<\/li>
    • Experience supporting executive-level dashboards.<\/li>
    • Background in analytics, BI, or data engineeringnot just reporting.<\/li><\/ul>

            This role is focused on building and enhancing enterprise-wide analytics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities across Global Operations & Support.<\/p>

            Create and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Snowflake, and ServiceNow.<\/p>

            Partner with vendors, internal architects, and data & insights teams to design and deliver comprehensive end-to-end reporting solutions.<\/p>

            Apply technical expertise and problem solving skills to build, enhance, and automate analytics capabilities that support Operations & Support reporting.<\/p>

            Use key performance metrics to influence and guide strategic decision making in close partnership with leadership.<\/p>

            Own and lead strategic projects that drive continuous improvement within Global Operations & Support.<\/p>

            Work with non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable data insightseven when information is incomplete.<\/p>

            Contribute to ongoing development of BI and data solution ecosystems, championing best practices and improving data collection methodologies.<\/p>

            Enable operational and exploratory analysis, including the application of AI reporting capabilities to retail-focused solutions.<\/p>

            <\/p>

            Required Skills & Experience<\/strong><\/p>

            <\/p>

            Mid-level experience (47+ years) in Business Intelligence, analytics, or a related field.<\/p>

            Experience with SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data extraction and integration.<\/p>

            Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Snowflake table maintenance, DAX, and\/or data warehouse environments.<\/p>

            Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate and SharePoint.<\/p>

            Skilled in managing, manipulating, and validating large datasets from multiple sources.<\/p>

            Ability to work with sensitive data while exercising sound judgment and discretion.<\/p>

            Familiarity with technology support\/contact centre analytics: SLAs, incident metrics, CSAT, ASA, FCRR, etc.<\/p>

            Familiarity with organizational people analytics: forecasting, turnover, scheduling metrics, shrinkage, and more.<\/p>

            Adaptable, flexible, proactive self starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative.<\/p>

            Strong time management and ability to handle competing priorities on tight timelines.<\/p>
