Position Summary:<\/strong><\/p>

Were looking for a sharp, results-driven Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Data Analyst with hands-on experience using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, to help power business-critical analytics initiatives. Youll play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing high-impact dashboards and data models turning complex, messy data into clear insights that drive real decisions.<\/p>

This is a full-time position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of performance and governance, and enjoys partnering directly with stakeholders to deliver analytics that actually get used.<\/p>

Youre someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges and building clean, scalable analytics solutions that actually get used. What You'll Do:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports used by real stakeholders (not shelfware).<\/li>
  • Design and manage data models using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Warehouses).<\/li>
  • Write efficient DAX and Power Query (M)performance matters.<\/li>
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, SaaS tools, flat files).<\/li>
  • Partner with business teams to translate messy requirements into clear, usable analytics.<\/li>
  • Monitor data refreshes, troubleshoot failures, and keep things running.<\/li>
  • Improve governance, documentation, and semantic models so others dont break your work.<\/li><\/ul>

    Who You Are:<\/strong><\/p>

    • 2+ years hands-on experience with Power BI in a production environment.<\/li>
    • Real experience with Microsoft Fabric (not just familiar with).<\/li>
    • Strong DAX, data modeling, and Power Query skills.<\/li>
    • Solid understanding of relational data, star schemas, and performance tuning.<\/li>
    • Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and pushing back when requirements dont make sense.<\/li><\/ul>

      Nice to Have:<\/strong><\/p>

      • SQL expertise (T-SQL preferred).<\/li>
      • Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, OneLake).<\/li>
      • Exposure to CI\/CD for Power BI or Fabric pipelines.<\/li>
      • Experience supporting executive-level dashboards.<\/li>
      • Background in analytics, BI, or data engineeringnot just reporting.<\/li><\/ul>
