We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director, Technical AI Product Management, to join our team. This individual will have demonstrable technical expertise and knowledge of traditional and\/or generative AI, as well as direct experience in leading teams of data scientists, designers, and engineers to design, build, and release AI solutions that drive process efficiency and user value. The successful candidate will be user-obsessed, prioritizing human-centered design, and be experienced in facilitating rapid data-driven decisions with business leaders working at enterprise scale.<\/p>
Key Responsibilities<\/p>
Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, data scientists, designers, and engineers to design, build, and release AI solutions.<\/p>
Drive process evaluation and design initiatives, and work as a SME who identifies tasks and processes that can be automated, offering direction as to the right tool for the job whether that be RPA, traditional AI, or generative AI.<\/p>
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, serving as a credible technical liaison to business stakeholders across the global enterprise.<\/p>
Utilize modern, Silicon Valley-style product practices to create PRDs, epics, user stories, and detailed product requirements.<\/p>
Implement iterative experimentation and test-and-learn approaches to software development.<\/p>
Conduct field research to deeply understand user problems and design human-first solutions.<\/p>
Ensure adherence to AI ethics and responsible AI practices.<\/p>
Required Qualifications<\/p>
8+ of experience in leading scrum teams to deliver scaled, user-centered software solutions that move KPIs, with 3-5 years in RPA, AI\/ML, or generative AI products.<\/p>
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or related fields is highly preferred.<\/p>
Knowledge of cloud platforms, data engineering, and software development methodologies.<\/p>
Familiarity with and champion of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.<\/p>
Experience in using AI to automate product work. Desire to work with AI Studio leaders in experimenting with the same.<\/p>
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>
Master's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or related fields is highly preferred.<\/p>
Experience working in the hospitality industry or a related field.<\/p>
The pay range for this position is $56.58 to $91.83 per hour.<\/p>
