What Youll Do | Key Accountabilities<\/b><\/p>

<\/p>

The responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to the following:<\/p>

  • Assist management in overseeing overall accountability and responsibilities for all aspects of E-commerce operations including but not limited to: production, facilities, systems, logistics, materials, health and safety, and employment functions<\/li>

  • Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations of E-commerce within the Distribution Center including Special Projects.<\/li>

  • Plan staffing, supply and equipment needs based on forecasted volumes<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Provide daily guidance and hands-on leadership of E-Commerce operations to assure daily workload is completed in a timely and efficient manner<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Monitor all associated Put-away activities to ensure all E-commerce orders are fulfilled in compliance with business requirements, on schedule, and within budget guidelines<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Minimize aging totes and quickly problem solve inventory issues to maximize inventory accuracy and availability for picking<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Monitor all associated Customer order Returns activities to ensure all Returns are processed in compliance with business requirements, on schedule, and within budget guidelines<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Communicate with Customer Service Team to resolve any customer-related issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Provide a fun and friendly leadership style approach to train, inspire, and motivate team members to achieve desired results in productivity, teamwork, quality, safety, and job knowledge<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Support and maintain all levels of Management Operating System (MOS) to include Continuous Improvement methods.<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Identify, plan, and coordinate daily activities of E-commerce operations and assigns work to direct reports<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Investigate, analyzes, and provides recommendations related to E-Commerce operations to ensure efficiencies and effectiveness of the departments operations<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Ensures accurate and rapid movement and processing of merchandise as well as accurate inventory of every product line in the Distribution Center to include Bin location Cycle Counting and Audits.<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Handle scheduling, time card adjustments for payroll, and financial reporting for the E-commerce operations and prepares production reports<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Maintain a professional relationship to customers, vendors, and stores while ensuring prompt and courteous customer service<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Provide proper follow-through of all procedures and processes related to E-Commerce while maintaining a good flow of communication with management and all personnel<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Handle personnel issues relating to E-commerce operations and record performance of employees while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Help maintain and promote positive employee relations and morale whenever possible by practicing good servant leadership principles in a contextual environment to promote team work at all times<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Write and conduct employees performance evaluations and document, track and maintain employee performance<\/li>

    <\/p>

  • Participate in the recruitment process of hiring new employees to include ongoing managing & effectively training Temporary Associates<\/li>

  • Participate and ensure compliance with all Safety policies and procedures are adhered to and enforced at all times<\/li> <\/ul>

    What Youll Bring | Skills & Experience<\/b><\/p>

    <\/p>

    • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required, College degree preferred<\/li>

      <\/p>

    • Minimum three (3) years direct experience managing a large size (25-50) employee based population in a production, assembly, or in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution center environment with a high degree of responsibility<\/li>

      <\/p>

    • Must be hands-on with strong leadership and managerial skills<\/li>

      <\/p>

    • Experience in and solid understanding of Process Management, Inventory Control, and Quality Assurance in a production environment<\/li>

      <\/p>

    • Bilingual (English\/Spanish) is a plus<\/li>

      <\/p>

    • Prior experience in retail E-Commerce Fulfillment\/Distribution is a plus<\/li>

      <\/p>

    • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to learn proprietary programs<\/li>

                        • Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) using the appropriate leadership styles and methods.<\/li>
                        • Assist in proving appropriate orientation for employees and give them the necessary information, technology and tools to perform their jobs.<\/li>
                        • Assist with promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse.<\/li>
                        • Deal with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).<\/li>
                        • Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.<\/li>
