Job Title: Flow Controller Supply Chain Operations<\/strong><\/p>

Location: Tualatin, OR 97062 (Onsite)<\/strong><\/p>

Pay Rate: $38 - $41\/hr on W2 (No Benefits)<\/strong><\/p>

Duration: 5 Months | Contract through the end of the year (may end earlier due to planned plant closure)<\/strong><\/p>

Schedule: 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM<\/strong><\/p>

About the Opportunity:<\/strong><\/p>

We are seeking an experienced Flow Controller<\/strong> to support supply chain operations at a leading manufacturing company<\/strong>. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in planning, forecasting, supplier coordination, and material flow<\/strong> within a manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the continuous availability of materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support production.<\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

• Ensure the continuous flow of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies.<\/li>
• Manage supplier relationships and purchasing activities through ERP systems.<\/li>
• Create, monitor, and reschedule purchase orders.<\/li>
• Coordinate purchase order management and order scheduling.<\/li>
• Manage upstream backorders, material shortages, and inventory availability.<\/li>
• Monitor supplier performance using established KPIs and resolve delivery issues.<\/li>
• Review and act on MRP messages while escalating recurring issues.<\/li>
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.<\/li><\/ul>

  Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Materials Planning<\/strong> within a manufacturing environment.<\/li>
  • Strong experience with planning, forecasting, supplier management, and material flow<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.<\/li>
  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system<\/strong> (SAP preferred).<\/li>
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li><\/ul>

    Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred but not required).<\/li>
    • Experience with cost analysis, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).<\/li>
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.<\/li><\/ul>
