      Requirements<\/strong><\/p>

      • High school diploma or equivalent preferred<\/p> <\/li>

      • One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred<\/p> <\/li>

      • One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred<\/p> <\/li>

      • One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred<\/p> <\/li>

      • One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred<\/p> <\/li>

      • Knowledge and\/or experience with an RF scanner advanced required<\/p> <\/li>

      • Valid forklift operator's license certified<\/p> <\/li>

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/p> <\/li>

      • Effective leadership skills<\/p> <\/li>

      • Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment<\/p> <\/li>

      • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team<\/p> <\/li>

        Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

        • Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.<\/p> <\/li>

        • Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting.<\/p> <\/li>

        • Allocate resources and organize and distribute daily work duties to members to ensure optimal shift\/team operational logistics.<\/p> <\/li>

        • Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicator (KPI's) using the appropriate leadership styles and methods.<\/p> <\/li>

        • Assist in proving appropriate orientation for employees and give them the necessary information, technology and tools to perform their jobs.<\/p> <\/li>

        • Assist with promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse.<\/p> <\/li>

        • Deal with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).<\/p> <\/li>

        • Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.<\/p> <\/li>

        • Performs other duties as assigned.<\/p> <\/li> <\/ul>
