Delivers system generated forms, labels, and reports for production and trouble shoot tickets. Implements processes to achieve production goals and quality expectations.<\/span>What you will do:<\/b>

• Acts as a top-level specialist to deliver technical support for the Distribution area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.<\/li>
• Executes tasks that may not be routine and are crucial to the progression and completion of technical support requests.<\/li>
• Defines operations for terminal and computer to release waves, run reports, and print reports, distributes modern technology, and responds to customer queries.<\/li>
• Designs systems to maintain computer room equipment, IT supply inventory, and label management.<\/li>
• Delivers electronic equipment support and solves ticket issues.<\/li>
• Assists in supporting network application software downtime and outage response.<\/li>
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.<\/li> <\/ul> This is a 2nd Shift position 3PM-11PM (flexibility required for coverage - other shifts and weekends).<\/span>Required Qualifications<\/b>

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
