Mercer sells employer-reported salary survey data and pay-practice reports through its imercer.com store, covering general-industry jobs, specific industries, hourly and executive roles and global markets. Its US and Canada surveys are filled by participating employers each spring, and results are delivered online through Mercer's WIN platform. The site says Mercer is now part of the Marsh brand, with surveys and methods unchanged.
