    Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

    Working as part of the Country Health Connect multi-disciplinary team, you will:<\/p>

    • Deliver speech pathology services to children and adults across a variety of settings, including inpatients, outpatients, aged care, and the community.<\/li>
    • Support early intervention, health promotion and group therapy programs that meet local and cultural needs.<\/li>
    • Participate in supervision and mentoring (AHP1) or provide clinical support and guidance to students and peers (AHP2).<\/li>
    • Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to achieve person-centred, goal-directed outcomes.<\/li> <\/ul>
