Our client, a global leader in the medical device and healthcare manufacturing space, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst<\/strong> to support procurement and sourcing operations.<\/p>

This role will focus on supplier analytics, market research, sourcing process optimization, and compliance reporting. The Supply Chain Analyst will help maintain supplier data integrity within ERP systems, support risk mitigation initiatives, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership.<\/p>

<\/p>

Location:<\/strong> Fairfield County, CT OR Essex County, NJ<\/p>

Schedule:<\/strong> Fully Onsite, Monday- Friday, 1st shift<\/p>

Pay Rate:<\/strong> $24$28\/hour<\/p>

Assignment Length: <\/strong>Contract (Possible extension or conversion)<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

  • Perform research and analysis to support sourcing team procurement activities and supplier evaluations<\/li>
  • Prepare reporting on supplier outreach programs, project status, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives<\/li>
  • Manage procurement compliance programs to meet company and regulatory requirements<\/li>
  • Develop and maintain processes to update supplier data within the companys ERP system<\/li>
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of supplier information within procurement systems<\/li>
  • Utilize reporting and modeling tools such as Power BI, Smart Sheets, and Microsoft Excel<\/li>
  • Partner with Sourcing, Purchasing, and Operational teams to gather data, analyze findings, and identify additional reporting needs<\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>

    • 13 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement-related environment<\/li>
    • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills<\/li>
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint<\/li>
    • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines<\/li>
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences<\/li>
    • Fluency in English (written and verbal)<\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred<\/strong><\/p>

      • ERP experience (D365 preferred; other ERP systems acceptable)<\/li>
      • Basic knowledge of project management principles<\/li>
      • Experience collaborating with suppliers, stakeholders, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality functions<\/li>
      • Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, consumable healthcare, or similar)<\/li><\/ul>
