RCLCO is a real estate consulting firm, founded in 1967 as Robert Charles Lesser & Co., that advises developers, investors and public agencies on market research, strategy and investment. Through a partnership with CEL Compensation Advisors it runs the annual Real Estate Compensation & Benefits Survey, which CEL & Associates conducted for more than 25 years, and uses the data in its compensation consulting.
